Take a break and leave the cooking to us. Come to Mt. Tomba Inn and taste some of the most delicious food you've ever eaten. Mt. Tomba continues offering the same family style fare that has made it a Plumas County tradition for over 70 years. We also offer some exciting new additions such as the Flat Iron Steak - a handcut steak with or without a Missouri Dry rub.


Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day we will be serving dinner from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, reservations should be made by the Sunday prior to those events, November 18, 2012 and December 23, 2012. (We start our turkey stock for the gravy 5 days in advance) Our menu will consist of a choice of Turkey or Ham, served with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, sautéed green beans, and cranberry sauce. Our turkey is boneless, skinless, marinated then slow roasted, you can have a choice of white or dark meat or both on your plate. The cranberry sauce and stuffing are also made fresh from scratch in house. Soup and salad are also included. The soup for the evenings will be cream of broccoli and dessert will be pumpkin pie (made in house) for Thanksgiving and Mom’s coffee cream pie for Christmas. The price is $25.95 per person.

Please call for our Prime Rib night. Usually on Saturdays. Prime Rib special is subject to reservations by 1:00pm, so call early and reserve your cut!
